We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Aone Hair.
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date you recieve your delivery.
All return or exchanges on merchandise must be in a new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.
Full refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
If hair is opened or washed, we will take 20% restocking fee.
